Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been an actor, director writer, producer, and teacher at St. Thomas University. Anna was born in Fredericton and is the child of Ilkay Silk and Peter Silk. Her mother is a "English-Turkish Cypriot ex-pat" born in Britain. Anna remembers attending performances for her productions as a young girl and observing her mother at work. In her early years Anna appeared in a number of commercials for television. Anna relocated to Toronto to Los Angeles in 1999. She met Seth Cooperman in 2007 at an acting training held in Los Angeles, and they were engaged in the year 2009. They were married in a civil ceremony that was held in December, and then they renewed their vows at the form of a Jewish ceremony in Fredericton in April of 2011 in the wake of Anna's conversion into Judaism. Bo's romance with Lauren, portrayed by Zoie Parker, was included in CNN's list of Favorite Television Couples of All Time and named as E!'s Top TV Couple for 2013. Entertainment Television.
